With our Woodford + Flue & Ducting Collections, in most cases delivery times will be between 1-5 business days. (However, this may be different in some cases, if you still haven't received your order after 15 days feel free to reach out to our support team via info@leadingstoves.co.uk).

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. We are also not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give you the option of a refund or to wait for the item to be back in stock.

All our products are typically available in stock at all times. However, stock levels are subject to rapid changes, and there may be instances where certain products are temporarily out of stock.

If you have noticed the same product being unavailable on other websites or if you would like to inquire about the availability of a specific product, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Please note:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases, returns will not be accepted if the product has already been installed. 

You as the customer are responsible for making sure the measurements of the item you purchase are correct for your area. You will not be eligible for a return unless there is a fault with the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@leadingstoves.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the manufacturers so if you can email your return inquiries to the email above and we can provide the correct info.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
